Hilary Duff and Matthew Koma are done expanding their family after baby number four.
On Monday, Koma revealed he was getting a vasectomy while Duff is currently pregnant with her fourth child and the couple's third together.
The 36-year-old musician documented the day of his procedure along with his "hot nurse" Duff, who accompanied him throughout the day.
"It's vasectomy day!!!" he captioned one photo on his Instagram Story as they drove to his physician.
At the doctor's office, Koma joked with his doctor, "Have you ever worked on anything this small before?" The doctor in return assured him, "No, it’s actually not small."
The musician continued, sharing a photo of himself in scrubs ahead of the vasectomy. "Just took a Valium and feeling hyped," he wrote.
Koma followed up with a post-procedure selfie, writing, "It's honestly not bad at all. Like better than going to the dentist for sure."
The soon-to-be dad-of-three also shared a photo of himself giving a thumbs up as he stood in black underwear with apparent bandages underneath. "10/10 Would recommend," Koma wrote.
After surgery, he revealed that he was "very high" during the operation and prior to that he had "never taken a drug in my life."
To close out his day, Koma ended with a binge watch of the latest season of "Love Is Blind," sharing his live reactions on his Instagram Story.

The pair, who got married in December 2019, already share daughters Banks, 5, and Mae, 2. Duff, 36, is also a parent to son Luca, 11, whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Comrie.
To mark their fourth wedding anniversary, Duff shared a carousel of images of their relationship on Instagram. "Even though sometimes you think it goes kids, dogs, then you. That’s not true. You forgot about the chickens…. Happy 4 babe!" the "How I Met Your Father" star told Koma in the post.
